1. Start out with a full slab of pork ribs.
2. Rub front and back of Ribs with One packet of Dry Ranch seasoning and any seasonings you choose. i added Gatorsbreath Cajun Salt that I pickeup at the Flea Market.
3. And nop press 3 fresh Jalapeños, sliced, into the top of the ribs..
Pull them out and place on a cookie sheet. Tou can top with BBQ sauce or wharever you wish. Somedays I Feel in the mood. Some days I dont. Place in the oven under the broiler for approximatly 10-15 minute. Between preheating and doing so, it gave me just enough time to make some velveta shells.
